shopping process was fine however shipping and customer service not so much. A shipping label was printed giving us the thought the package was shipped or at least ready to ship. It was not, the delivery co said yes a label was printed but they had not received the sweaters. Delivery was longer than promised. repeated emails to customer service did not help or were they able to give us shipping dates

The delivery took ages, but was partly due to the roads in BC. I ordered two sweaters the same size (yes I checked the measurements) One sweater fits good, but one is so much smaller, I’d guess at least 2-3 times a smaller size than what I ordered. Not happy.

The only issue was that it took a long time to receive the product. I don’t know if that’s due to covid shipping issues or not. The products are as described. The sweaters a thinner than I thought but, that’s OK with me. I would appreciate washing instructions being included.

I purchased this sweater because I loved the color. However, I've never seen such a poorly made sweater. It stretched out the first time I wore it. After checking the website, I noticed they would not return it if it was worn. So I thought, "What the heck," I'll try washing and shrinking it. I put it in a mesh laundry bag, washed it in cold water, and put it in the dryer. It actually didn't fall apart--which was what I thought would happen. Maybe I'll wear it again. But overall, the sweater was poorly made. Also, there are no labels sewn in the sweater explaining washing instructions, what fabric it is made of, etc. I'd skip purchasing this sweater.

Arrival time long. Quality of items, not exactly what I would call great. No laundering instructions. Items had a strong unpleasant odor.

Waited over a month for my order to be delivered, but quality of product was worth the wait, I suppose.

Received quickly, beautiful sweaters, many compliments! Will order again.
