Okay, listen up, folks. I am a real person with no business affiliation with Fytoo; I saw their ad when I was trolling through Facebook Marketplace one day and when I clicked through to their website, I was pretty much immediately hooked. I had never ordered frames online before, instead always just grabbing the fiercest pair at my eye doctor's office. Honestly, I never liked the selection my eye doctor had; the frames were so average and boring, even the fiercest frames were just "meh". But as I found my way around Fytoo's website, I'd say I would be happy with 80% of the frames they have for men just based on my face shape and what compliments it. And then the prices... how on Earth does this magical place exist? Also, I have very slight astigmatism, and that always seems to be an issue with the frames I pick out. Not with Fytoo - I was blown away that they could fit my lenses in any frame I wanted. WHAT!? I quickly bought the Ken frames in black and silver. I would have purchased additional pairs but I wanted this to be my test pair. Surely it was too good to be true... normally, glasses break the bank with me, but this was cheaper than McDonald's dinner is here in NYC. Then I decided to check out some reviews on Reddit. I read people's comments slamming the company left and right over a number of ridiculous problems. Having worked in customer service before, I know that there are certain people out there that won't be satisfied with anything, and they'll leave the salacious review about how inconvenienced they were for whatever stupid made-up reason just to feel good about themselves. (In Fytoo's case, I think the incredibly cheap prices probably attract a lot of these impossible-to-please nay-sayers.) I remained optimistic. I knew that shipping wouldn't be overnight, and I wasn't in a rush to receive the frames; although I was certainly looking forward to unboxing them when they arrived a record 6 days after I placed my order. And they look even better in real live and on my face than I thought they would. I get compliments all the time about my frames, and each time I get one, I sing Fytoo's praises. My fiace ordered two pairs after I got mine, and I've just placed an order for some sunglasses and another pair of prescription glasses to add to my choices... that was never an option before, but now, thanks to Fytoo, it is. I love this company so much and am so grateful for the amazing experience.

I love everything about my glasses and the delivery was smooth

The glasses I received had "progressive" lenses, but each phase of the lens was like looking through a pin hole. I will reach out to customer service for replacement.

I wish the glasses will come in a case, even if I have to pay more for it
