Best glasses ever! I have more than 10 different pairs. Best quality for a low cost

I got my glasses sooner than expected and they were exactly as described. I ordered another pair and decided afterwards on a different color. I sent them an email, got a prompt response and correction to my order. I haven't received to second pair, yet, but I trust that i will be just as pleased.

3 purchases and 1 return. The whole process and service has been excellent. I bought a pair for £85UK that I love and have been wearing every day; multi-focal and reactive lenses. Uploading my prescription was easy and makes future specification one-click. Delivery in about 2 weeks from China. I then bought another pair, which I didn't love, so successfully returned for a refund (note: international tracked to China will cost you £16UK via Royal Mail). I bought a 3rd pair, which are great and get many positive comments. Even with the cost of potential return, the quality / cost beats anything on the high street. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 glasses thinking they gonna be low quality, but let me tell you is completely the opposite, the quality for the price I pay for them is absolutely insane, the quality of the glasses is amazing, I been wearing them for few days already and I love them. I recommend them 100%.

Third time is a charm. After lost packages and flawed coating, I finally got the glasses I ordered. They are fantastic and super cool. Customer service was very helpful and made it right. Will order again.

Great product!

When I finally received my new frames/glasses I was very pleased with the quality. They are a great value! My constructive feedback is that I had to reach out to customer support 3-4 times via multiple avenues to get someone to tell me where my order was. It was in "shipped" status for over 3 weeks and didn't move. It was stated to me that the package had been returned and they reshipped it. Once it was reshipped it arrived very quickly and then I was offered a refund on the shipping cost I originally paid which was very nice. I'm hesitant to order from them again but time will tell. There are a lot of fun frames and the prices are amazing.

I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses from Fytoo, all with progressive lenses for the prescription. All of them have been spot on in terms of correct Rx and the quality of the frames did not disappoint either! The ordering process is intuitive and Fytoo gives you all the info you need to make a decision, down to the specs and measurements AND the virtual try on process which is very helpful for sure! The quality of their products is far higher than their pricing - extremely good value! Further, their selection for frames is massive! Huge, with tons of styles including many that are fashion trends for sure! Lastly, their communication process pre and post ordering is stellar. They respond within 24 hours each time after I have a question with a pleasant and helpful response!
