Nice product.

The glasses were too big for me, but the company has been excellent at communicating and offering a replacement pair which I plan to do and I certainly appreciate their willingness to accommodate me.

I am rewriting my review. I am upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars. My glasses arrived. I paid for advanced shipping and was later upgraded to Business Express. Under both those tiers, the glasses arrived late. I am not sure if it is a language barrier or not, however communicating with customer service is difficult. They do not answer questions. If they improve on that, and improve on educating customers on realistic shipping times the experience will be more pleasant. Fytoo did offer to take extra steps to make up for the delay. I declined, because they did deliver an excellent product. It just took a little longer. They do ship from across the globe. There are many variables that could cause delay. I am open to being flexible. I ordered two pair of glasses. They arrived securely packaged. I love both pair. I am almost giddy. I think these are my favorite frames that I ever owned. Both frames seem really sturdy. I have a high prescription so I ordered thicker frames. The prescription is correct. In general, I was worried about ordering eyeglasses online. That worry no longer exists. For me, 1.74 high index lenses are a necessity. They make a notable improvement to the aesthetics of my glasses. That coke bottle look is not present. I am going to say that I recommend Fytoo. I understand their shipping process now, and they delivered two pair of high quality eyeglasses. If I were to rate on the glasses alone, I would give 5 stars. I researched every online eyeglass company I could find. Fytoo has the best collection of frames out there. If you want conservative or traditional frames, they have you covered. If you're like me, and prefer artsy or eccentric styles, they have you covered. You can be an everyday person and still have quality eyeglasses that fit your personality. One important note. I ordered one pair of round frames, and one pair of rectangular frames. 1.74 lenses make my prescription hardly noticeable on the round frames. The lenses only extend slightly outside the frames. This is the first time since I was in the second grade that my lenses weren't sticking out. The rectangular lenses have some protrusion. High prescription people know the frustration. In these frames the protrusion is not distracting. I've had glasses where the lenses were so thick that I couldn't fold the arms of the frames. Overall, I am thrilled with both pairs. I am certain I will order more. These glasses look fantastic.

Shipped within a timely period. Frames are perfect!!! The fit is absolutely amazing. I’ll be ordering the Saskia in black frames also!!!

I input my prescriptions, choose my glasses (3 pairs), all with verifocal, transition lenses and aniti blue glare. All 3 glasses were received 2.5 weeks later. Great quality, even better price, and gorgeous glasses.

The glasses work great, and are comfortable. Timely turnaround, great selection.
