FuumuuiReviews of fuumuui.com

I have really loved everything I have purchased from Fuumuui. I purchased a travel paint box as a treat for myself as I love painting outdoors and having my head down gives me a headache so to have a box I can mount in a tripod is great. I can’t wait to try it out. I really need to say that the thought and care that went into making this box is amazing. It is perfectly sanded and smooth absolutely everywhere, the magnets that hold it closed are very strong, it will not fall open accidentally but is still easy enough to open because they have made a indent for your fingers to grasp the lid. The holes where you can screw in the loops to attach a cord are not just screwed into the wood there is a little brass fitting that the loop is screwed into that is nicely positioned in the wood so you shouldn’t ever have an issue with the loop pulling out as long as it is not over tightened and striped. Every piece of the water holder slides into place and has small knobs to tighten it. The brush has two brushes in it one at either end. The end of the brush has what I think is a infinity pencil that you could sketch with. It makes nice light marks on paper anyway. Each half pan has a magnet on the bottom. So they will stay in place well. If you remove one row of pans you could store a liner or a pencil and eraser in it. There is a generous white mixing palette. A clip to hold paper in place is included but I think you could use two tiny magnets to hold it in place. It also comes with two different straps and a replacement screw as well as an Allen key to tighten the lid or loosen it as needed. The whole box is so beautiful and I think it is heirloom quality. So many details show they really care about their products. When I ordered I think the online system altered my address to read a region rather than an address so the product was delayed but Fuumuui customer service was very helpful in straightening it out and getting the package moving in the right direction again. I also had ordered some travel brushes some time ago and I just love them. They are actually my favorite brushes because they come to such a nice point for detail work and feel nice in your hand. They are also carefully crafted and exceptionally nice. The wood portion is perfectly sanded and the metal parts are smooth, no burrs, the screw on lids are lovely black lacquer and the whole brush has a nice weight to it. I really love those too. I did order a nice set of round brushes that I haven’t tried yet but I am sure they are lovely too.

I have been purchasing their products for over two years and I definitely can say without any hesitation that they earned all 5 stars. Shipping sometimes is long, but they make up for it in quality and customer satisfaction.

I have not recieved my order and when I questioned it I had a message saying ' As it was an imported irder it is my responsibility to contact the local delivery service to arrange a delivery date. I think you have already charged me for the undelivered order. Surely it is your responsibility to ensure an order is delivered. The item has been delivered today 30.06.2025. i didn't do anything except write a review yesterday. 0n a positive note the brush set is really good quality as always

The quality of your products is so true to those advertised. Fast service and careful packaging ensures everything arrives pristine. The performance of your brushes is outstanding. Thank you for treating your customers as I am sure you treat each other. Bless you.

Excellent produit. But Delivery service is very long for watercolor pigments.

I ordered & purchased the Fuumuui Portable 24-Well Watercolor Palette Set +Floor Tripod for £130.50 on 12/6/26. The palette set was delivered on 25/6/26 which I thought was excellent - the palette set is fantastic. However, the tripod was not delivered at the same time. After a little time getting through I was informed it was on a second separate shipment which was in transit, and have received it today (2/7/26). And again it is an excellent product - lightweight, good instructions and easy to use. Very pleased. Overall, almost excellent - only recommendation to Fuumuui would be to make clear when likely to be 2 or more separate shipments, and also to speed up response times. Have increased my rating to 5 star as when they responded it was great service.

Thank you for communicating Fuumuui team. Sadly, I had to cancel due to delays. They are very behind with orders and trying to hire more help. not shipped and zero response from company after five emails sent. 25 days and counting. I have tried all of the below customer service emails: - Roar@ fuumuui.com - Help@ fuumuui.com - Support@ fuumuui.com - +1 323 678-3813 What's app I have also reached out through Facebook messenger finally got a response. Shipping tracking does not exist.

This is my third order. The previous two experiences were as bad as this one. It's been two weeks. The "Track my Order" page always says the my order number was wrong and cannot be tracked. Emails and whatsapp messages to their customer service was not responded. I live in Hong Kong (very close to China) don't understand why shipping and delivery can take more than a month. They just take your money, not doing any refund and ignore your complaints. I think this is my last ordet that I will place on their website. As for my first two orders, I also complained about their delay in updating the shipping status. They have arrived finally but the status of these two ordersw wer still "On its way". They never update their record . Update： 23-06-2024 I received an email from customer support of Fuumuui apologizing delay of my order's shipment. 24-06-2926 I received an email telling me that my shyipment is on its wayand can be tracked on a platform called 4PX. The platform is suggesting that my parcel cannot be delivered because the person ordering it is unavailable to receive it. They don't even inform me which the courier of my parcel is. I haen't seen anybody coming to my home delivering it. 26-06-2026 4PX reported an "Abnormal situation in the warehouse" in Nanchang, China. 26-06-2026 23:21:46 Nancheng / Hand over to airline failed-active order blocking 2026-06-27 14:38:25UTC+08:00 Nancheng / Shipment arrived at facility and measured.（meaning that the whole parcel being returned to Nanchang and might be reshipped?? Fuumuui replied to this post saying that I have to wait another 15 business days for my parcel - that's just another unending cycle of reshipping and returning to the warehouse) Please see how lousy their shipment and delivery service is. I wonder what Fuumuui did to my parcel. So many excuses to cover up their scam!!! They just tell you to wait and wait and refuse to process your request for refund. No hope. Will blacklist this company's official website. 2026-06-27 Fuumuui replied to my post here saying that they will review my cast and try to sort out everything with their logistics team. They asked my to provide the order number in an email for them to check. Well, Fuumuui, I did email you days ago, giving you all the info about the "abnormal" situation of my order (order number and tracking number and its abnormal status that I discovered at that time). You never read emails from customers and never respond. You ignored customers'messages that came through every way you provided on you website. That's why you didn't know. The only function on your wesite that works is the "Pay NOW' button which works without delay. Fuumuui, here is the info you asked for: #fuumuuiart125426 4PX3002916847486CN ....and your last chance to "make things right" as you clained. 29-06-2026 Fuumuui customer support wrote me an email promising me a 10% refund of my order if it did not arrive by 5th July. 06-Jul-2026 My parcel finally arrived, one day later than the date Fuumuui promised to deliver it. They promptly processed a refund of 10% of the value of my order. My goods did not arrive in goosd shape. One of the half pans in a palette was damaged, the paper box of the brush soap was squished and the tin containing the soap with indent. I reported that to them and they offer to give me another refund. I suggested a replacement half pan to be mailed to me. The other imperfection due to mishandling does not affect the quality and I would accept them as they are. All I want is the products to be delivered on time safely, not refund or bonus gifts of any kind. In the most recent communication, they offered to replace the whole palette with a full set of half pans for me, which I declined. I think that is not fair to have them replace the whole palette just for the sake of one very cheap plastic half pan. 17-Jul-2026 Another shipment arrived with a brass paper clip as a gift instead of the palette. It arrived within a reasonable period of time after the order was confirmed. Still, some of the packaging of products in that parcel was damaged. I sincerely appreciate their kindness in offereing me a gift instead of the half-pan. I can feel that they are working hard to improve communication and customer support, although I think the shipping and pakaging staff need more training on handling the products with more care to avoid damage. I know that leaving a one-star review greatly affect the image (and business) of this company. Seeing that they are on the right track now, I decided to change that to a 3-star. I hope the day come when I can write a five-star review for them.
