The warranty claim for a pair of lenses was super simple probably the simplest warranty department I’ve ever dealt with great job! Also, I was emailed back within 10 minutes stating that my lenses would be replaced so that I say thank you very much. I am a long lasting customer.

I have fuse replacement lenses in multiple pairs of sunglasses. I recently scratched a set of lenses while working. I emailed Fuse to request a replacement set. The process was quick and easy. I had a problem with a couple of replacement lenses. Before sending a mail with photos and description of a problem, the reply is arrived in less than 12 hours with a new couple of lenses. Probably one of best customer care I ever seen. The lenses have a good quality and fits perfectly in my Oakley frame
