Love the glasses, and the warranty!! This is my second actual pair from yall, and I still have my other couple of Oakley's with your lenses in them!

I made a warranty request on Saturday, June 22 and was responded to on Sunday, June 23 with confirmation that my warranty replacement would be processed asap.

There was an unfortunate scenario regarding my order, and the fuse team had no hesitation to make it right for me. They kept me updated the entire time, were courteous, and even with the issues, the turn around time was amazing. The product I received was absolutely top quality. If you’re on the fence about getting prescription sunglasses, or having lenses put in your own frames, I would very highly recommend fuse.

This is an outstanding company, which I highly recommend from personal experience. I was tired of paying incredibly high prices for sunglasses and decided to test Fuse out, first to replace some Oakley lenses. I found that I liked Fuse lenses even better than Oakley's Active, at a WAY better price. Since then, I've exclusively bought from Fuse. They have incredible products that have amazing durability. Should something go wrong, or if you even lose your sunglasses, their warranty is insane! I am a huge fan of Fuse and, if you give them a try, you probably will be too.

I sent Fuse a request to replace my lenses, under their no questions asked replacement policy. Got a reply a few hours later with a very gracious message and confirmation of my replacement. Best customer service and lenses out there!

I've had my lenses for about a year plus and had dropped my glasses on quite a few occasions. They've held up really well over that time but, it did result in some scratches and pits over time. Fuse was great in honoring their lifetime warranty and, after a quick email to support, they immediately responded and confirmed shipping a brand new set of lenses. I've been using Fuse for a while (extending the length of other glasses I have), and this is the first time I had to actually use the warranty, and it was completely painless and quick.

Great company and great experience! I bought my lenses a year and a half ago and have since lost my receipt email and ran into an issue with logging into my account. I emailed asking about a replacement with my info and they immediately sent me new replacement lenses and fixed my account. All working about an hour of me sending my email.
