Immediate service to my request to exchange the lenses. I sent an email to Fuse lenses to get new lenses made larger than the lenses I had ordered. They responded immediately with a return shipping label as well as the assurance that the new lenses would be cut as no shipped to me immediately. Fuse makes a fabulous product and also supports that with great customer service.

The shipping got Much delayed at the courier end. However , on my first complaint itself, fuse lenses stepped in and the parcel was delivered immediately there after The packaging was good and the glasses itself was received without any kind of issues. Fixing the glasses was so easy , Their video instruction is concise but very precise. Just followed the instructions and the new glasses fixed to the frame in under 2 minutes.
