I had a mistake on the item I received. I sent an email to the support team and they were very quick to solve the issue and get me a new set of lenses headed my way. No questions asked and willing to help in any way needed.

Customer service went above and beyond to correct the issue I had along with additional help to correct it.

I scratched my lenses to my work sunglasses. I reached out to customer service to see if they would allow me to pay for new lenses. My lenses were a custom cut. I was just hoping they’d email me back with news that I could do that instead of shipping off my frames again. To my surprise, I got an email back saying my new lenses were on their way. What an unexpected reply! Fuse, you have gained a customer for life. Refreshing service!

I purchased fuse lenses about 4 years ago and have liked the lenses. When asking about their lifetime replacement, they immediate started an order for the replacement, no questions asked and in a timely manner.

Quality and durability. My Fuse lenses have been put through the test while working for our city Parks Dept, teaching kiteboarding, playing softball, mt biking, outdoor HIIT and the list goes on and on. I wear sunglasses almost 8-12 hours a day as my eyes have a difficult time with brightness due to the sun. These replacement lenses have truly been tested and I believe are better than the original factory ones that came with my Oakleys. Customer support is amazing and ship out new lenses with warranty protection no questions asked. Amazing company and awesome lenses!

I ordered 2 sets of lenses, I received exactly what I order but by my mistake, I ordered one set wrong. I sent an email explaining this and almost instantly got a response. My new lenses are already on the way. The other set fit perfectly and we're much darker than the previous lenses, thankfully!
