Great customer service!

Simplicity. Added requested details and copy of order with details...promptly received email back would be shipping new lenses.

I reached out letting them know a very minor issue that was still usable and I was very happy with just hoping to help them further better their product. I did not ask for a replacement or anything and woke up to emails apologizing and they sent me an expedited new pair hassle free on a Saturday! That's what I call customer service, thank you very much. Also, the lenses are as simple to pop in and out as they say, fits perfectly.

I put sun glasses in bag on a trip and a zipper must have scratched lense. They warrantied them with no issues. Will always be my lenses from fuse!

Sent email for “one time replacement lenses”, included original order number and date, and they are shipping replacement. Easy enough! I was happy w/ my original order and recommended them to friends and family; my husband ordered lenses soon after my first experience. This warranty experience only reinforces how great they are!
