The warranty process was “no hassle” and very smooth! The lenses that failed were already better than the original Oakley lenses for durability so I was already happy with the Fuse brand. This process reinforced it. I wear my sunglasses daily and rely on them at work, on the water.

I received a response in a few short days that a new pair would be shipped promptly. So far, I am overly satisfied with my Fuse lenses and the customer service I have received. I look forward to receiving my new/replacement lenses in the mail and will order from Fuse again.
