Warranty is top notch and service was delivered as expected.

I ordered a set of polarized replacements for my Ray-Bans which I learned shortly after installing were off but just a little bit but enough that the lenses came out of the frame. I contact Fuse about the issue and they almost immediately responded to me and acknowledged that a mistake in the cut had been made and were sending me out a new set of lenses. The replacement set came in a few days and were perfect. Can't ask for more from a company for customer service.

First thing right out the case these lens are top tier in quality. I absolutely love them and the replacement coverage is amazing I dropped my sunglasses a few times and put enough of a scratch right in the viewing area to cause a inconvenience and they are shipping my replacement lenses at no cost to me.

Received my new lenses and a small portion of the mirroring was chipped away on the bottom of one of the lenses. I emailed customer service on a Friday evening and received a response Monday apologizing for the defect and that a replacement set was being sent out. Excellent response time and great customer service!!!

Excellent customer service and product! Lenses did not fit at first but Fuse took in my frames, custom cut the correct lenses, tightened and replaced a screw, and returned free of charge. Communication was timely and helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend.

I recently ordered a pair of replacement lenses for my Oakley sunglasses. By mistake I ordered the wrong ones. I contacted Fuse customer service for help. Rosina went into action and got the correct lenses sent to me immediately. Great quality and was a snap to install. Thanks.
