I purchased lenses in 2021 and they are a tiny bit scratched. I looked at replacing them (The lasted far longer than the factory lenses) and found out about the warranty / insurance coverage. I emailed support who were incredibly helpful and are shipping out an identical (actually slightly upgraded) set of lenses to replace my scratched ones free of charge. Amazing after sales service. I'll be back for sure!
