I made a purchase of the Egmont Thunder glasses and loved them instantly. However, they were destroyed in an accident. I contacted Fuse and they sent me a replacement pair with no questions. These days, it's pretty hard to find such a customer experience oriented company. I purchased some lenses for my sunglasses but accidentally ordered them for the wrong model. The entire experience for exchanging the lenses and getting the correct ones was seamless. Once I did receive the correct lenses, I got them in easily. The quality of the lenses themselves are on par with the original Ray-Ban ones I replaced. Clarity is fantastic and they look effectively the same as my original lenses. Highly recommend Fuse Lenses in the future for my replacements.
