I ordered the wrong lenses and they went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct ones which I received quickly and fit perfectly! Customer service is unbeatable and Rosina is a straight shooter with upper management written all over her :)

Awesome experience. Ordered wrong size lenses(totally my fault). Replacement was sent prior to even completing the exchange process.

I contacted Fuse to have some lenses replaced under warranty. They responded quickly and let me know my specific lenses were out of stock but offered to upgrade my replacements to their pro series lenses instead. Customer service like that is why Fuse leads the industry. 10/10
