I reached out 5 years later to get replacement lenses and just gave them my order number item number and new address (since I had moved since I originally ordered them) and they responded same day telling me they were shipping out new lenses for me. Amazing customer service and great lenses that honestly only got scratched because of my kids.

I am coming up on almost a year of dealing with Fuse Lense, and after numerous Lense replacements for different pairs of glasses I can confidently say I'll only buy replacements from Fuse Lense. I will say, these replacement lenses may not be OE quality replacements BUT for the price they're 100% better than OE replacements. From ordering process to even having to deal with the warranty process. I am a forever Fuse Lense customer. Super quick customer support, they'll do everything in their power to make things right.
