Amazing customer service! I recently purchased two different lens colors from Fuse. The fit, finish, and quality is outstanding. I was not real happy with one of the lens colors when I put them on, Fuse Customer service contacted me right away and asked if I would like a different lens color. I said I would like to try a different lens and they shipped out a different color lens and an upgraded lens right away. I will definitely be buying more lenses from this company.

Awesome lenses from a great company, they stand behind the product they provide not only that, the customer service team is top notch. I’ve bought 5 different lenses from fuse, they work great fit perfectly in my frames.Quality is great very pleased to have found them. Thankyou for your products.

Excellent quality,price and speedy shipment. However I ordered the wrong size. My fault. I contacted customer support and had a response from Alexandria almost immediately. Return label was emailed and lenses were mailed back same day. This frame size was nonstock, so they are making them up special. Who does that? Mind Blown!

While the initial lenses did not fit my frames, I was thrilled by Fuses’s response. My replacement lenses fit perfectly and I look forward to wearing my new lenses on the water!
