Lenses initially ordered didn't fit my Arnette sunglasses. Replacements were sent, but also did not fit. I was given the option of a refund or to ship my frames to them, free of additional charge, for a custom fitting. All things considered, I'm very happy. Mistakes happen, but the customer service was top notch.

I purchased a set of replacement lenses for my Electric Knoxvilles back in 2022. They’ve been great but have gotten really scratched up at work. Today I broke a lens on my Ray Bans, and while shopping for a replacement for those, I came across Fuse’s warranty page, and saw that they offered a 1 free replacement on any lens purchased from them. I submitted a warranty claim for the Knoxvilles, and they are sending me a new pair of lenses, no questions asked, 3 years after initial purchase. Great customer service, and I’ll be continuing to use this company for any replacement lenses.

They honored their lifetime 1-time warranty and in a pretty fast time. Great product and great people.
