Fuse LensesReviews of fuselenses.com

Fuse lenses is a fantastic company. When I first ordered my lenses I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and they sent me the correct ones no charge and a label to return the other ones. Today (4 years later) I emailed them again to ask for the link to reorder the correct ones since I got some scratches on them. They reminded me that since I have a warranty on the lenses and are sending me another pair for NO CHARGE! Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Fast response very helpful and nice they got the job done in less then 24 hrs thank you

Absolutely amazing customer service. The people at fuse have gone out of their way to make me a happy customer. My first fuse replacement lenses were not quite what I was looking for. Customer service stepped in and offered to send me new lenses free of charge. After brief emails they knew exactly what I wanted and they were on their way to my mailbox. Here it is a year later, and I accidently scratched one of the lenses. I sent an email and had a response almost immediately to confirm my address. No questions asked just like their website says and there's a new set of lenses on the way!! Thanks again for doing what you do!!

Quick response from Alexandria at Fuse HQ and once again confirming why I only buy their products.

Dropped my glasses and scratched the lenses. It was completely my fault and thought I was going to have to pay for new lenses. Was having a crappy day and this happened and I thought I was screwed. Contacted their support and the replaced them completely no questions asked no hassle! I will always buy my replacements from here! Fantastic company!

Kayla at fuse is awesome! She was super fast with responding to my inquiries and super helpful! You guys are the best!
