I love that Fuse just includes a warranty with every purchase of lenses. You don't have to sign up, it's just included. I don't often request replacements for items in general, but when I noticed some lines on my lenses, Fuse made it so easy to request my replacement pair. Kayla and the Fuse team really made my day!

Lenses ordered did not fit. FUSE sent another set free of charge which still did not fit. They gave me the option of a refund or upgrading lenses with them installing included at no extra charge and free shipping. Great customer support!

I got my new lenses in. They fit perfect and looked great. My first weekend wearing them I dropped my sunglasses and it scratched the lenses. I’ll reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a new set of lenses for free while maintaining the warranty. Great customer service, cannot recommend enough.

I am always suspect of aftermarket companies but this one is the best! Lenses shipped fast, installed perfectly, and look great. These put up with my abuse much longer than the original lenses. The warranty was just what they said. They responded the same day to my warranty request and will be shipping the lenses.
