Received a damaged pair in the mail and they were insanely quick about apologizing for the incident and sending out a new pair right away.

I was very upset with getting defective lense but the company made it totally right and sent me a new pair right away super cool and great customer service!

I ordered some lenses and they came a little loose. Got a hold of fuse and they sent me a new pair immediately. Made the process very easy and very customer friendly. I use these lenses to shoot competively, and use them in my every day glasses. Best replacement lenses around!

Top notch customer service. I had a warranty claim on lenses and they shipped out a replacement pair next day. When my package didn’t arrive on time they made sure to follow up and give me a status.

Streamlined experience. Easy to communicate with and replacement lenses were sent quickly. Only complaint is the lenses have the "Fuse" engraved on them on the uppler corner that puts a blur mark on them. Recommend a smaller print and closer to the frame to avoid any blur, or change to print rather than engraved.
