I've used fuse for 5 lense orders and the lenses have all been great, from their highest tier to their lowest tier. What really puts them ahead in my mind is the warranty. I put in a claim and they responded quickly and had the replacements shipped out within 24 hours. fantastic company, will continue to use.

I have ordered numerous items from FUSE over the last 10 years and NEVER have I been let down. I scratched a replacement lens I purchased from FUSE years ago. They have a one time free replacement warranty. I was able to provide the requested order number and I submitted this request about an hour ago. I have already received a confirmation email response. Great Customer service. I usually take good care of my sunglasses. That's why i was shocked to see a huge scratch on one of my lenses after only a few months of wearing them.
