The auto industry could certainly learn something about customer service from this company. I recently purchased a pair of Torch sunglasses from Fuse Lenses and I selected the wrong lense to be used for fishing. Customer service contacted me and offered a free exchange for a different pair more optimized for fishing. I received the new glasses in a short time and immediately went out to wear them while I worked outside. They WERE great until I dropped them and ran them over with my tractor. This great company has now offered to replace the glasses that I broke for NO CHARGE under their warranty. This company knows how to make a happy customer and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!!

I have now purchased 2 sets of lenses from Fuse. The first one was a pretty popular brand (Costa Del Mar) so I had no doubt they'd get them right. The second set were for a designer brand which I cannot imagine is anywhere near as popular but lo and behold, not just did they have them on their site, but they also fit like a glove! I had a minor warranty question and was taken care of well beyond my expectations! Let's all rally behind this small Florida business and help them smash all goals for 2024!
