what made this great customer service is as soon as I realized I had the wrong lenses I contacted Fuse with my problem. They wrote back immediately and we started the process of replacement. I had ordered the wrong style for my Costas'. They suggested we exchanged lenses so that's what we did. Process very painless and rewarding. Thank you Fuse and Kayla.

I’ll never shop from another lens company again. Fuse has a commitment to its customers like no other company I have ever dealt with. The staff are kind (Zach!) and prompt with communication and they really go above and beyond. Their lenses are carefully packaged and come with a sweet zipper case and a pouch for your glasses. Love this company and can’t sing their praises high enough.
