I had an issue with previous lenses I ordered, I'm not questioning the quality as I wore my sunglasses every day. The combination of heat, cold, sweat, UV, etc just wore them down over time. The customer support I received from Alexandria was amazing. She replied to my issue almost instantly (I thought it was a bot at first, but it wasn't). My issues were sorted out promptly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have recommended Fuse Lenses previously to friends who have older/more expensive frames, and will continue to do so because of this.

I ordered the lenses for the incorrect frames. Within 15 minutes of realizing I did, Fuse had already sent me a return label at no cost and began processing an exchange for the correct lenses. I highly recommend Fuse Lenses!!

I worked the F-35 program as a systems engineer and understand the importance of the lens choice. In this case I ordered the PRO Midnight Blue lenses and found them to be dark. I put in a request to exchange them for the Rose Gold lenses. A Return Material Authorization was generated which covered the shipping cost and an order was also generated for the replacement lenses. The new lenses work great for the Florida sunshine, they are durable (sand tends to wear them out) and they are stylish. Great product and customer service.
