My Oakley shades are a little special. I didn't realize it at the time, and ended up ordering a pair of lenses that wouldn't fit. I reached out and Fuse's outstanding customer service shone through. They offered to either give me a full refund, or create custom lenses, at no additional charge. Fuse is awesome, and not only will I continue to be a customer, but I'll be recommending them to others as well.

What a great company! As Christmas gifts I bought my son, my daughter and of course myself replacement lenses for our sunglasses because all the old lenses were scratched. It was easy to find the lenses we needed with lots of color options and the instructions to take out the old lenses and put in the new lenses. They come in a great little case to protect them and are just as good as the original lenses. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

I've purchased many lenses through here. The last pair I bought only lasted a few months before the coating was starting to wear off. I contacted the customer service, and despite it being outside the warranty period they happily and quickly helped resolve the problem.
