The size is great. Easy to clean. Works perfect for pellet litter. Wish I got one sooner but I'm planning on buying another one soon now

I've only had the box about a week, but it is the best thing ever! I'm so glad something like this is finally available. Our litter box has never been so clean and easy to keep. I feel like those who are disappointed by it are not using the right litter. Obviously it's not going to work if you don't use the pine litter. Love this thing. The only thing I'd like it to have is the scoop holder on both sides rather than Just one side so it can be placed more versatile

Hi Tanja, Thank you so much for this thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear your litter box stays clean and effortless for you. We really appreciate you sharing the tip about pine litter. We also take your feedback about dual‑side scoop holder on board, this is a great idea for more flexible placement. Glad you love it, hope it serves you and your cat well! Best regards, The Furrbby Team

My two cats took to the XXL convertible litter box immediately. I haven’t installed the door flap yet. I thought I’d give them a couple of weeks to get used to the new box before introducing the flap. My cats aren’t early adopters and I didn’t want to give them any reason to avoid trying it out. Even though, I scoop litter twice a day, I think they like this box because it is so spacious and they can always find a good spot to take care of business.

Dear Bruce, We really appreciate your detailed feedback about our XXL convertible litter box. It’s great news that your cats feel comfortable with the ample interior space. Taking time to let them adapt before fitting the door flap is a gentle approach for slower-to-adjust kitties. If you ever need support, our team is here. So glad we could upgrade your cats’ toilet! Best regards, The Furrbby Team

Looking to upgrade, update my current 15yo litter box as I think my 4 rescue cats deserve something better. Love the ease of cleanup, less batería (since my old Rubber litter boxes, harbor batería I can’t see.

I purchased a XXL Corner Stainless Steel litter box for my 3 🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛. They get a new box every 2 years. I’ve noticed one cat wasn’t too hep with the sifter. It takes time for some. I had to order another pan which will fix our issue. Luckily there was a sale & this helped me since I’m handicapped & need to save . 🙏

Hi, thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We’re glad our XXL corner litter box works well for your three kitties. It makes us happy to hear the special offer brought you savings. Hope the extra pan solves everything perfectly for you and your cats. Wish you and your furry family all the best!

2 of 3 cats use it all the time, so I bought another. Stainless steel is brilliant - doesn't smell, so, so, so easy to clean, even without the sifting tray. The plastic scoop is completely functional and generally eliminates the need to sift, but that option is always there. One cat flicks the litter out, so I'll lay it on a little heavier and see if that helps. Plastic, smelly, forever dirty litterboxes are SO over. Waited a looooonnng time for it to arrive, and didn't contact Furrbby, so don't know about customer service. The product is exceptional and I absolutely recommend giving your kitties a nicer toilet than what they've been using.

Dear Rebecca, Wow, thank you for sharing such an honest review! We’re over the moon that two of your three kitties are big fans, and you got a second stainless steel litter box. We couldn’t agree more stainless steel outperforms plastic on odour and cleaning. Fingers crossed adding extra litter stops your cat flicking litter out! Thank you for your patience on delivery. If you ever need support, our team is here. So glad we could upgrade your cats’ toilet! Best regards, The Furrbby Team
