Good Boxes, Good Service
Not only are the litter boxes nice and large for my two cats, but they look a lot better in my house (one in the kitchen is quite visible) and are much easier to clean. I didn’t fill my boxes quite as full as I used to with my old box, which helps one of my cats who likes to pee against the side of boxes. No leakage yet, much easier to scoop and clean! My experience with furrbby's customer service was phenomenal. I placed my order not knowing it was a pre-order, as the site didn't indicate that, and reached out to them after not receiving any updates on it. They replied very quickly and kindly explained the situation to me, giving me a few options to choose from. I chose to wait, and they held true to their word to ship my order our quickly when the boxes arrived, and even updated their website to reflect the preorder status of the item, which was something I asked about. Overall, couldn't be happier, it was a wonderful experience.
