I had a great experience with this company. Judy Gordon did an excellent job of getting me scheduled and all things organized. The delivery was on time, the driver was polite and helpful . All and all it was a job very well done !! Thanks, Noel

Seamless transaction from start to finish!
Seamless transaction from start to finish. Rates were nationally competitive. Communication from the carrier was clear and easily accessible, and my new motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. I’ve used Federal several times over the years and they’ve always been wonderful to use. I highly recommend them for motorcycle transport.

My bike was supposed to be picked up by…
My bike was supposed to be picked up by the 12th it is currently the 15th with no info on when it will be pick up! This is getting old and unacceptable!

Jose, I apologize for the delay in getting your bike picked up but i understand the agent tried calling you a few times before they were able to actually speak with you to set up the move. Then, they did have a mechanical issue with the truck that caused an additional delay. Federal did issue a credit to your card for a small refund for your experience and we have offered to send you an inconvenience claim to complete to possibly some additional reimbursement for the delay. Bike arrived in great condition on the day we agreed on
I bought a motorcycle on ebay and was nervous about shipping it half way across the country, especially after reading some reviews for shipping companies. After doing my research I decided to go with Federal. (My local Triumph dealer recommended them.) After a quick phone call giving them all my info, they picked up my Honda CB750 a few days later. They got it from Minnesota to Virginia in less than a week without any damage. I didn't have to pay up front, which was nice. I'd definitely use them again. You can find cheaper options on USHIP, but it can take a while to get a low quote and it's often a guy with a pick up truck. The shipping cost ended up being around $700, which was more than I wanted to spend, but I was happy to pay a little more to get some extra peace-of-mind.
