Federal Motorcycle TransportReviews of funtransport.com

I was waiting to write my review until my motorcycle arrived, and I gotta say, I'm thoroughly impressed. I was planning to ship my motorcycle from Virginia to Hawaii and I was nervous about this task and how difficult it had the potential to be. After researching a few different companies, I found Federal Motorcycle Transport to have the most positive reviews out of the other ones I got quotes from. Judy made the entire process from start to finish extremely easy, and took care of all of the booking between the truck carrier company and the company that manages the boats that takes vehicles between California and Hawaii. My bike arrived in excellent condition, with not a scratch in sight. My shipment was on time and I didn't have any issues whatsoever. I will likely use them again when I inevitably have to move from Hawaii back to the mainland, and I'm very happy overall.

The service was very professional from the driver who picked my motorcycle up to the warehouse guy that delivered my bike to me. Will definitely use your service again.

Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.

the pallet this year was better than the past years (14) that I have used you. Don't know the reason the motorcycle was needed to be retied but it was and not a great job. More care needs to be taken by the staff. I have used you for 14 years; during those years there has been several problems, and increasing pricing that now have me thinking about using other companies.

We have been dealing with Federal for 15 or more years. They are first rate. Jennifer is the absolute best, I would not deal with anyone else. We have have been shipping 6 or more more bikes across the country and have never been disappointed.

Needed to ship a bike from Houston to Detroit,,, called Tessa... very nice human to deal with,,, handled everything... put my mind at ease,,, pick up was seamless and very professional driver tied my bike down correctly & smooth... bike arrived on location three days earlier than expected... in pristine shape.... Thanks Tessa,,, you are a true professional... I would definitely use her service again,, if I could not allocate the time to ride to my starting point....

I had 3 motorcycles shipped from Kansas City to Gainesville FL. and 2 of the brand new bike were damaged, Now I have to file a claim with federal Transport and shipping. Thanks for breaking a brand new 2016 Honda Goldwing damaged the left mirror and breaking the license plate fender and bending the plate as well. Great job!! NOT !!! I will never recommend your EXPENSIVE services even after I purchase extra insurance I now have to schlepp to Honda and Kymco, get a quote for what the repairs will be, send it all in with pictures and hope you will pay me ...I want to warn the next person with that expensive bike to be forwarned, DON"T USE THESE SHIPPERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR EXPENSIVE BIKE RUINED !! Thanks for the head ake you just created for me. Never again! Lousy untrustworthy and EXPENSIVE! My bike was not strapped down correctly as well and I had to help load and unload my bikes as the drivers had no CLUE how to strap them down correctly and yet still my bikes arrived ruined! due to careless and drivers that don't know how to handle a motorcycle let alone a 400cc and 650 cc scooter! I am warning anyone please avoid the head akes that were put on me by this mover! They don't care even about I took out extra insurance to cover any screw-ups and yet they still screwed up everything!

Price competitive. Excellent customer service. Tracking available. Bike arrived on time and in great condition! And since it went diagonally across the country from the Miami area all the way to north of Seattle, that's saying a lot!
