Good and bad Hired STS\Federal to move my motorcycle from NY to Las Vegas. It arrived at destination with $4000 of damage (both fenders cracked, headlight destroyed, light bar bent, brake light cover literally ripped off). Good: The claims personnel could not be nicer or more professional. Nichole, Mary and Lindsay were excellent in helping me navigate the process and I was eventually reimbursed for the damages. Highly recommended. Bad (Very bad) Unfortunately, the reason for using a shipping company is not to enjoy a good claims process but to get an item from point A to point B without incident. For this, the company failed miserably. I also had to spend a ton of time and effort to get the bike over to a dealer and have them provide a repair quote while not being able to use the bike as needed. The company stated that my inconvenience would not be compensated in any form. Because they failed in their primary function of providing acceptable shipping services, I would strongly not recommend them. They only get 2 stars because of their excellent claims service. Otherwise, ZERO stars.

Harry, I was sorry to hear about your recent shipping experience and the damage sustained to your bike. However, I do appreciate the kind words you shared in regards to Nichole and Mary with Federal , and Lindsay (STI claims) and was glad to hear that your claim was taken care of. I do apologize for the damage done to your bike during transit and for the inconvenience you experienced. Our goal is to make the process of shipping your bike as hassle-free as possible and i am sorry this did not happen in your case. We will be sharing your comments with management. Sincerely, Jennifer Gibbs, Federal Motorcycle Transport Manager

These guys are on time and extremely professional. They picked up my bike in SoCal and dropped it off in Miami Beach exactly when they had quoted. It took them all of 10 minutes to have it on a palate and securely into the back of a truck, and the two young men were obviously expert and experienced. I will use them again any time necessary and would recommend their services to anyone.
