Amazing +++++++++
I am very happy with the customer support and assistance provided throughout my experience with the site and my order. I spoke with both Julia and Claire who both were incredibly helpful and professional. My order has now arrived before Christmas and I am so happy with the sweaters. My custom made sweater look fantastic and the quality seem great. I will be back next year for sure.

Great customer support!
I ordered matching avengers PJ’s for the family, initially in white with red sleeves. I washed them before wearing them & unfortunately the white area became a little pink. After reaching out to the company they recommended hand washing for the initial wash but we’re very courteous & quick to help me get pajamas that looked nice. We opted to replace them with black shirts with red sleeves that are iron on vs screen print & very nice. They came out of the wash perfectly & we can’t wait to wear them for Christmas! My 3.5 year old son is especially excited! Thank you Jenny for all of your help in resolving this matter!

Hi Hannah, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and providing such thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear that Jenny was able to quickly resolve the issue with your original pajama order and help find a replacement option that worked perfectly for your family. It's great to know the new black avengers pajamas with the iron on decals came out looking nice after washing, and that your son is excited to wear them! We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We're thrilled that you ended up with a set of family pajamas you can enjoy this holiday season. We value each customer, and your support means so much. Thank you again! Best regards, Claire CS Manager.
