I ordered a Christmas Sweater from them, because their website said it would arrive in time for our Holiday party. It did not - and they refused to take a return. They claimed every one of their sweaters is made per order - but this is a rather generic sweater that is available on many websites. The only reason I bought from them is because it was assured it would arrive in time. They had plenty of excuses, but I was forced to find an alternative the night before our Christmas party. Would NEVER buy from them again. Avoid.

I placed an order for a funny holiday "sweater" on Dec 12th, and despite the numerous emails that I needed to upgrade my shipping (+$20...?) because there was a chance I wouldn't receive my order until after Christmas, I decided to stay with the normal shipping and worst case just wear it the day after or so. Today is Jan 5th, 6:04PM and I JUST received my "sweater", so sufficed to say it did not make it to any holiday events this year as we are well into 2025. I put quotes around "sweater" because this could only be called that by the most broad of definitions, it is paper thin, not woven, and the image reminds me of those laser print jobs that you can normally find at flea markets or tourist shops in beach towns. I own several other holiday type sweaters and there is no comparison between this item and those, it has has no weight to it at all and I am seriously afraid of what will happen if I attempt to wash this. If this was $15 or so, I'd probably be fine, but the fact this item was over $50 (and they wanted more for shipping) is borderline false advertising and criminal, the item I got doesn't represent the image on the website as the collar, sleeves, and lower hem are completely different, and as mentioned the quality is LOW. I would return this if I could (I can't) and would absolutely recommend looking elsewhere and will not be ordering from this place again.

I ordered 4 matching pajama sets back on November 17th, I’ve now sent 3 emails and a text to the number they supply and have received no response even though they state a response will come in 24-48 hours. Not sure what the issue is but as of now no customer service at all and no items delivered!

You should not order from this site. This is definitely a scam site and don’t have a customer service phone number or text. Tried asking about when it will ship but never got a response about it. Don’t order from here.

Scam. Never sent items, tracking # was fake, never issued credit. They said the item didn't pass quality control and they would send it when it was done AND refund the purchase price. They made this offer to send item 12-13-23 and 12-15-23. Said they would ship when item was complete. Neither ever happened. Customer service was very responsive to all my emails but never sent product or refund. *Edit***. Yes I got the refund but I had to request it from PayPal. I did receive the item. It was shipped after I posted the complaint. I have the USPS info showing the dates. Unless you want a huge hassle and potential issues with your payment method being stolen I would order somewhere else. I only got results from PayPal and 3rd party review sites. Here is the email they sent after I reviewed the transaction. Its similar to the one they sent 12-13-23, 12-15-23, and 12-29-23: I appreciate your patience. If you did not receive the refund, we can totally help check it, as I confirmed to process refund on your order, why should we being scammed or take your money 🙁 You could also read other reviews on our side, we are not a small business that scams people, we have had many customers for years and this year too. It should have been my fault in not supporting you well, I am sorry for my personal mistake in customer support. I have seen your dispute with Paypal. We also confirmed with them about the refund attempt we made. It may be held on 12/15 that not reflected on your account. About your order, I confirmed that it was shipped out late due to quality check step, and I confirmed to process the refund and still ship it (my email on 12/13). The package was shipped then but not showing movement, so I have confirmed to mark it as "lost" till today, though USPS does not compensate for us anything. This is our support with your issue and understanding for your concern. If you agree, we still want to remake the hoodie and ship it to you although we processed the refund, as my last promise with you. I have been responsive and will always be. Ordered two sweaters a month before Xmas for a party and didn't receive them until almost a month after because they are shipped from China. I was fine with that because the sweater party I was going to was canceled anyway due to covid. Unfortunately, the small sweater came as a 5XL. I put in a support ticket for replacing the 5xl sweater and was requested to send pictures with order info, which I did. After that, I have not heard back from the company after multiple emails and 2 more support tickets put in. Ironically, I received a generic text from "The Owner" Steven, reaching out to me "Personally" to see if I liked my order. Stating they are always available at the support email address LOL!!!!. Oh, and don't try calling, it's always busy or it will just ring until they hang up. I just want the correct size sweater I order so it can match the other one I got. Frustrating and disapointing.

We ordered 2 shirts. We finally recieved them and they are trash. Best use for these are to wipe your butt with. Logos are backwards, images are blurry and very dull in color can barley see or read, the writting by the neck line is cut off so what you can read is half gone. Very disappointing that i paid all this money and got trash. Tried to contact this company in every way and got no where. Next step is to contact better business burue. Once again worst product ever bought. They should be ashamed of themselve

DO NOT ORDER. Web site is BS. I ordered a Busch Light SWEATER on November 23, 2021, web site said in stock. Got an email that said shipped on December 4th but the tracking number never worked. Finally received the 95% polyester shirt made in Mexico on December 27,2021. Also, I ordered a 2XL and they sent a 5XL. I emailed the company asking for an exchange, I’ll edit this review when I get an answer.
