The name of your company is Funny Ugly Christmas SWEATER, yet you sent me a sweatshirt with a print on it instead of a sweater. Rather misleading, don't you think?

They took money from my account and said that the transaction failed. Update: They have reached out to me. They are supposedly processing my order. I will update once I receive the sweater, but looking at the reviews on here, it looks like I might not🫤. Final Update: We received the sweater, but it came in the wrong color. Other than the color, it was exactly what I expected. I wish it didn't have to take me writing a bad review and demanding a refund to get the sweater, but here we are. I would not suggest buying from this company. They have awful customer service that will only respond in the early morning hours (1am-7am). When the initial transaction error happened, I COULD NOT get in touch with anyone. It scared me, and I believed that my money was gone forever. So, if you can over look the customer service issues, and you are willing to fight for what you paid for, you would be okay buying a sweater. Otherwise, I would not suggest it.

Well, I tried to leave a review on the #funnyuglychristmassweater.com web-site but, apparently, they only allow reviews that they like....and I was even going to give the product a 4/5. I guess they don't want people to know that they don't honor their own policy. As soon as I saw the "I Smell Snow Gilmore Girls Ugly Christmas Sweater", I ordered it (very early) to put away and save for my daughter’s next birthday. It’s still a few months away, but I’m sure she’ll love it. The only problem that I had was that the title says “sweater” and the description says that it’s made of “Air Jet Spun YARN”. These two things lead me to believe that this was, in fact, a sweater. It is NOT a sweater. It’s a sweatshirt that looks like a sweater. I never looked at the size chart because I just know that my daughter always wears a medium in SWEATERS. So I ordered a medium. When I received this item, it was SWEATSHIRT! In sweatshirts, my daughter prefers them oversized and wears a large. Had I known that this was a SWEATSHIRT, I would have ordered a large in the first place. The Funny Ugly Sweater return policy states, “Full-refund if the item is not as described.” This is not as described!! Clearly, this is not a “sweater”, nor is it made of “yarn”, but they still refused to exchange this item for a large. They offered a 50% discount so that I could purchase a replacement…which I did because I know my daughter will love it, but they should have honored their policy!!! At the very least, I would think that they would have corrected their web-site by now so that it's clear that this is a SWEATSHIRT, NOT a sweater. However, it still says that it’s a "sweater" and description still says that it’s made of “yarn”. The only place that there is any indication that this might be a “sweatshirt” is if you look at the size chart (which I didn't need to as my daughter is a small or medium in everything except for sweatshirts). If you’re thinking about purchasing this item, it is very cute, but order according to what you wear in a sweatshirt because it’s not a yarn sweater!!!
