Service and Product - Five Stars
Great customer service and follow up! YES! In spite of errors on OUR side and issues at the receiving address location, you guys were amazing! FunnyUglyChristmasSweater went above and beyond to insure I received my product and was satisfied. And guess what? The final product was amazing and was even better than I anticipated from a digital order! Thank you for the viable, assisting options in good faith and the excellent follow up and communication! Very pleased. Jim Hilber Merchant Gladiator

Missed Arrival Date, Refused Return
I ordered a Christmas Sweater from them, because their website said it would arrive in time for our Holiday party. It did not - and they refused to take a return. They claimed every one of their sweaters is made per order - but this is a rather generic sweater that is available on many websites. The only reason I bought from them is because it was assured it would arrive in time. They had plenty of excuses, but I was forced to find an alternative the night before our Christmas party. Would NEVER buy from them again. Avoid.

Our family was delighted to find Muppet…
Our family was delighted to find Muppet Christmas Carol matching jammies. We found an old picture online of green plaid jammies and the current season had read and black checkered. I contacted customer service to inquire if the green were still available. Shaun and Hailey personally followed my order, got the jammies in green, and had them shipped in time for the holidays. Very comfy jammies too!
