I had already bought a sofa cover set from you about three years ago, and it is still in great condition. The only reason I bought another is so we would have one to put on to put on the sofa, while the other set was in the wash. They are certainly worth the money, nd look great.

Super good quality!

Falschen Artikel geliefert, sollte auf meine Kosten zurück schicken. War doch nicht mein Fehler. Qualitative auch nicht besonders. 118 Euro für die Tonne. Schade, nie wieder.

The product works perfectly on my family room sofa. Protects the sofa from our 2 red standard poodles perfectly - since the dogs think the only place to sleep is on the sofa! And, they approve of it also because it's so soft and cuddly for them. Sure saves my white sofa!! Thank you.

Quality item, easy ordering and communication about delivery was good!

We placed Order FF570009S on March 30, totaling 4 items and around $200. The estimated delivery time was two weeks. However, when I checked a few days ago, 3 out of 4 items showed a “delivery exception” status. It appears the packages are being returned to China, and we received no email notification from the seller about any issue. Some reviews suggest the seller is blaming tariff issues, but there’s been no recent change in trade regulations between the EU (Czech Republic) and China that would explain this. Regardless, proper communication is the minimum we should expect. We were charged the full amount, and now find ourselves in limbo with no clear resolution. Overall, not a great experience—poor communication, unclear fulfillment status, and a lack of customer support. 2 stars for the hope for some resolution.
