Order not delivered and no refund
I placed and paid for an order. I received emails with order confirmation and tracking details, then no further communication. When the order did not arrive by the expected time, I checked the online tracking details and it said that the order had been cancelled and returned to sender. I emailed the support contact providing my order and tracking numbers, and requested a refund. I have not received any reply or refund. UPDATE: after reply below, I again provided order details. Still no direct communication, reply to my emails or refund. UPDATE: two months later and still no communication, but my order suddenly arrived. Product is great - exactly what was described and good quality. Leaving at 1star due to time it took to arrive and complete lack of communication or response to queries.

Couch cover just as advertised
Product arrived promptly, its just as advertised, love my couch cover. Very good quality and the pet toy was a fun treat. Very impressed....

One will not cover …
I didn’t realize the largest size still wouldn’t cover an entire couch. You would need to buy 4-5. Too expensive

Amazing customer service!!
Amazing customer service!!! My package was sitting in Chicago for weeks and I finally emailed their customer service and they got back to me in under 24 hours and expedited my package and I got it the next day! I am very impressed and will be ordering more from these guys!
