DO NOT USE!! A company with substandard quality products and misleading item descriptions! I ordered a selection of things from Funny Fuzzy on 11th January. 2 most expensive items: a pet bed and a raincoat arrived not as described and i followed their refund process, initiating it on 21st January following their refund policy to a t. They offered embarrassing 20% and then 40% refund which i didn’t intend on accepting as a consumer law states that a company should provide a full refund where products are not as described and i have no use of these products. Even after raising numerous complaints i have not received refund and they stopped replying to any of my correspondence. DO NOT USE! And to respond to this sad reply for all to see this is no hide and seek game: order number: #FFPETI92960 If there was an option to upload images i would be more than happy to post in your emails and all my follow ups without any further correspondence from this company. I have even contacted citizen advice and issue them with a formal letter send via email with read receipt, but they failed to respond.

Great product. My only complaint is that it is almost impossible to figure out how to exchange it for another size. I just gave up and decided to keep it.

My experience mirrors many of the other 1-star reviews. My order was cancelled by the seller, and I’ve found it incredibly difficult to get any response since. I’ve had to file a complaint through PayPal in the hopes of recovering my money. I was recommended this company by a friend who had a positive experience, but unfortunately, mine has been the complete opposite.

My dog bed was originally returned to sender. First time contacting the customer service team was helpful, initially offering a reshipment. However, since then I have not had any update that this has been dispatched, no tracking number or update. I have tried contacting customer services multiple times over the past week for updates however I have had no reply. I’m super disappointed as I was recommended this company by a friend and unfortunately I have no product to show. In addition to this, I require the refund as soon as possible to order new dog bed, as my dog is currently using a very old one. UPDATE: no email has been sent yet, order number was YT2508921272146691 I have emailed your support team numerous times and I have not had a response as of yet. Please let me know what to do next.
