Is this company a scam? I ordered a 2XL dog bed for $130, and a day later I received an email offering to add on a few small items. I chose a stuffed lamb toy and a flower pillow. Makes sense that these small add ons would be a way for the company to make a couple extra sales that they could then just toss in to the large package and send as one. I was a little concerned when I received a shipping notification for the pillow and stuffed lamb, but not the bed. Sure enough, after a couple of weeks, a very small package arrived in plastic wrap. It was the pillow and the stuffed lamb. I reached out to the company with pictures of the package, plus screen shots of the bed purchase as well as the pillow and stuffed lamb purchase confirmations. I requested a tracking number for the bed, or a refund to my card. I have done this 3x. Since, they just keep sending me the same copy/paste email about a 10% discount once my item arrives. But that’s the thing… they have not sent the bed! And they seemingly won’t! So, I would like a refund, yet they are not doing that.

The steps are fine for small dogs.. It looked much bigger…. Very disappointed.

My dogs immediately jumped on it and played with included toy. New best spot in the house!

Awful awful quality!! Spent nearly £60 on a car bed for my puppy and within a week the zip had broken and the bed just collapsed. Proper cheap material not worth the money whatsoever. You shouldn’t be charging the prices you are as the quality is so poor. Save your money!!

I’ve asked repeatedly for a return authorization because the covers sizing chart on their site is not correct. I’ve emailed over and over and they say they need pictures?? I asked that would pictures prove since the covers do not fit but asked them anyway if the packaging . They still haven’t responded to my email. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges because I can’t I’ve them to respond. The way the package arrived all bundled up in a tight wad with plastic wrapped around it and taped all the way around was the first clue this is from overseas. They may use an address in the states but doubt it’s made in the United States. Kudos to you if your covers fit but even allowing extra length it still wouldn’t fit. I gave up after 30 minutes. I wish things would have turned out differently. You offered to give a 20% refund and let me keep the two covers. That is not a resolution, you are refusing to allow me do a return for full credit when the items are not the same size as your size guide states and they do not fit even though I measured my couches and even allowed extra inches. They are so thin you can almost see through them and there were only 3 ties to use if they would have fit but they didn’t. Again, your measurements are not correct. Also, your website says you allow returns and you are refusing to allow me to do a return.
