Still waiting for order to be delivered…
Still waiting for order to be delivered after a few weeks. Sent emails asking for an update and haven’t heard anything. Very poor.

Do not use- Horrible Experience
I ordered the jungle gym for cats back on 3/25/25 and still have not received product. They give you a "copy paste" response and then do nothing. The tracking states my product went out then was sent back to them . I've asked for a refund but then I get excuses about USA vs China relations. They will NOT refund my monies even when I have directly told them I NO LONGER want their product. They have now stated they will send another one and I can refuse delivery. What??? Beware.

Ich habe im Februar ein Hundebett…
Ich habe im Februar ein Hundebett bestellt,das nie angekommen ist Viele Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Jetzt habe ich eine Mail erhalten,die Versendung vum Hundebett sei wieder feelgeschlagen😱…..und ich wohne NICHT auf dem Nordpol

Hundsmiserabel!
Wir haben wie anscheinend viele andere auch ein hochwertiges Orthopädisches Hundebett bestellt. Gekommen ist erst mal gar nichts, dann eine Nachricht die anscheindend auch schon andere Kunden erhalten haben: Unser Hundebett sei zurück an den Absender nach China!!!! Keine Reaktion von FunnyFuzzy. Nach Tagen nachdem nichts passierte kam eine Nachfrage von uns was denn los ist. Es kam eine Vertröstung kein Hundebett.Zwischenzeitlich waren 4 Wochen rum. Erst auf eine Androhung von Anzeige und Rechtschutzversicherung kam eine neue Vertröstung von FunnyFuzzy. Wieder vergingen Tage dann kam endlich das Hundebett. Die Qualität ist Hundsmiserabel!!!!!!!! Das Innenkissen dass den Schaumstoff hält knistert so daß es nicht ins Schlafzimmer kann. Außerdem ist es hauchdünn. Der Schaumstoff ist aus 3 Teilen die nicht zueinander passen. Der Bezug ist genau so billig und dünn. Kurz nach dem Auspacken kam es in den Mülleimer.

Order placed on the 5th April bad customer service
Order placed on the 5th April. Various emails sent to follow up when I will receive item but couldn't give me a response to when this will be shipped, so I cancelled item well before the item was shipped on the 28th April. I have the item which I no longer require as I went with another company because you couldn't give me exact time of shipment but still proceeded to ship order. Now that I have item you expect me to pay return postage which I feel was your fault item went out especially when I cancelled item well before shipment.

Wel betaald maar nooit ontvangen! Schandalig!
Ik had eerder al eens meerdere items gekocht bij funnyfuzzy en dat ging goed. Nu twee grote leren hondenmanden voor in de auto gekocht én al betaald! Begin april €340,00 overgemaakt!! Ik stuur nu iedere dag een mail naar ze met de vraag waar mijn items blijven en dat ik anders m’n geld terug wil. Nul reactie! Schandalig!! Order extremely late
Order extremely late, still waiting for most of my order. Very poor follow up and checking in with me to let me know why it's late. Multiple emails sent by myself and only a couple replied to. The recieved products are good quality and loved by my pets, just wish I had all of my order.

Disappointed in the final product.
Disappointed in the final product for this price. Weak memory foam never expands enough to fill the very loose pockets. At this price I could bought 2 or 3 higher quality beds. Tell your marketing department they did their jobs with pictures and right ups. The quality assurance personnel side of the house needs to be reevaluated.
