It's very cute, very soft and plush. But it NOT temper material. Not one bit. Lola likes it, but I had to put it on top of an existing bed (instead of throwing it away) because her poor 14yr old hips need the extra cushion I thought I was buying.

Le pongo una estrella porque me obligan a poner una sino le pondría menos aún. Hice un pedido y no me llega nada solo me llegó el correo de confirmación y encima no me contesta nadie a todos los correos que tienen. Porfavor o me lo envían ya o me devolvéis el dinero!!!!

Ho ordinato un seggiolino auto il 29/04/2025, ad oggi 12/05/2025 nessuna novità sulla spedizione, ho inviato varie mail alle quali hanno risposto che si attiveranno con l'operatore locale, non so a chi si riferiscono, poi nulla. Rispondono prima in francese poi in inglese e sono tutte risposte pre-confezionate. Temo di aver perso i 94 euro già pagati. State attenti.

As per my email of 4/30, which you responded on 5/1 the product was delivered to the wrong address. The dog bed was delivered to a vacant rental property in California, I live in Georgia
