Have had this cheap ass couch cover for…
Have had this cheap ass couch cover for a week and boy do I regret buying it! Our dog peed on it and the pee went right through to the couch. It’s advertised as a couch protector and focuses on pets. Shouldn’t it protect your couch from liquids?! Don’t buy!

Wrong sized item
I ordered a 2xl just like the last time i ordered from you and this time our dog cannot fit on the item because it is so tiny. Used to love purchasing your products not anymore. So I don't know if someone made an error in postage or Funnuy Fuzzy has become so big they do not care about their customers

Absolute joke this company
Absolute joke this company. Ordered a dog bed which cost nearly £50.00 , waited weeks for it. Had to keep chasing order up, when it finally arrived I was absolutely gob smacked at how small it was and how cheaply made it is. Emailed company not getting anywhere, even though consumer law says I've a right to money back within 30 days online shopping, no questions asked. Going to take this further

Slow delivery & not like photos
Update 5/24/2025: Received one out of two remaining items, and I really love it. It has the bolstered edges (thank God, no ruffles this time), it fits the sofa perfectly, and the little toy included is a nice touch. Customer service reached out to me after my first post and sent photos showing a ruffle around the item I ordered. I responded by sending photos from their website of the item I ordered showing bolstered edges, no ruffles. They’ve never responded back. I’ll update my post if & when I get my final item and if customer service ever responds to my email with photos. Original post 5/6/2025: Still haven’t received my full order. Half arrived, and it has ruffles around it as a border, which is not what the photos online show. I can’t comment yet on the other items I haven’t received yet, and it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered.

I have not received my order, or a date that it will arrive for 5 seat and back couch covers. I emailed inquiring about a 25% discount refund and was told repeatedly "be patient." The subject on the email "Order on its Way." FAKE. Then I investigated and to my disappointment found others to say SCAM company. The raving reviews on their website differ from actual customer reviews stating they either received the WRONG product, or unsatisfactory product and that it took nearly a month to receive. Ships from CHINA. Didn't order from Amazon but they carry Funny Fuzzy products and do not reveal the location source. BEWARE. This company appears to be a scam and I am worried that the hundreds of dollars (335.00) I've spent will deliver a poor quality, ill fitting or wrong and snail-slow delivery item. Best to go elsewhere or investigate reviews for yourself. I may have to wait for a few weeks to receive my order, and I will give an update on the actual product delivered, though the customer service thus far has been without specific answers and only promises. Regresamos 3 camas que no eran lo esperado y NO NOS devuelven nuestro dinero
Hicimos una compra de 3 camitas, resultaron que no eran ortopédicas como lo mencionaban en su página, se devolvió el producto desde el 5 de abril y NO nos regresan nuestro dinero 😠 NO nos responden nuestros mails.
