I placed an order on April 5th
I placed an order on April 5th, which I never received. I've requested a refund, but they haven't issued one. It's been two months, and they still haven't given me a response regarding my refund. I don't recommend buying here; it seems to be just a scam site. I hope my bank can help me.

Haven’t received my order!
Order a bed for my dog on the 6th of May, a shipping label was created on the 7th of May but since then it hasn’t been shipped. It’s now 3 week later and still no movement! I have tried emailing but it keeps bouncing back undelivered and I tried sending a message through their website page and no response!!

Very disappointing and a complete waste of money
Took the measurements as suggested - edges finished short. Actually had previously messaged them to query where the order was. Was already late because of import restrictions from China. Very disappointed with the (utter lack of) service and will not be using them again despite having forgotten to order a back cover for one sofa. And the free gift I got (but didn’t want) is the cheapest tat imaginable and no way I am letting my dog anywhere near it. Says it is FunnyFuzzy.co.uk but is based in China and quality is dreadful. Edit: looking at other reviews - isn’t it amazing that you always have issues locating orders on your system? Chaotic but will provide details as requested. EDIT: 30/5 The company have offered me a 40% refund with no need to additionally pay to return the covers (they had been bought to prevent my dog spotting in heat ruining the sofa so would not have been returnable anyway) I accepted the 40% refund but urge buyers to purchase with caution. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand - I would never have made the purchase in the first place, but 40% back is better than losing it all. I am concerned that the bulk of the company's responses are a variation of "the system has hidden your order number from us and it would appear that I have been luckier than most in getting any sort of refund, by contacting them via their Facebook page. Caveat emptor.

TOTAL DECEPCIÓN DE ESTA EMPRESA Y SU FALTA DE RESPETO A LOS CLIENTES.
Hice una compra el 13 de abril; en el proceso de compra decía que la entrega sería el 15 de abril. Mandé un correo y dijeron que esperara. El 30 de abril me responden otro correo agumentando que debido al aumento de los aranceles, mi pedido tiene un atraso. El 18 de mayo solicito la devolución de mi dinero, responden que se pasará al área correspondiente y es día que no me han devuelto el pago ni responden mis mensajes. Me parece que se dedican a estafar aleatoriamente a los clientes. Cabe mencionar que la misma cama la vi en Temu a menos de la mitad del precio, sin embargo, cometí el error de pensar que una empresa mexicana me daría mejor calidad y buen servicio, cosa que no es. QUIERO LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE MI DINERO.

Awful
Not only did I wait 3 months to receive the product, but they sent the wrong item. It was supposed to be a full couch pad. Instead it was a square piece not even big enough to fit a chair seat, or a doggy bed. I am furious that this company is allowed to continue with false advertising. People BEWARE!

I bought the bed because it was described as being made of sturdy material, it isn't it's bad quality and flimsy. The whole site seems just to be buying cheap crap off of TEMU or AliExpress and drop shopping direct from China, could have got the same bed for a quarter of the price.
