DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. NOT WORTH IT. It has been 43 days and I still haven’t received the dog bed I ordered. The only option for support is via email and all responses are generic and uninformative. This has been the worst online purchase experience and I will never order anything from them again.

This order came and is as good as they say it is and that is not always true with other companies. The quality is amazing, and it fits like a charm. I will most definitly buy from this company again.

The dog bed that turned up had absolutely no padding in the base and now I have to pay to return it after numerous emails offering me first 20% off then 40% off for something that was unfit for purpose why would i accept money off? Updated Reached out via email says exactly same as previous email and no return label sent. I understand that if you change your mind return should be at your own expense but for faulty good this should be paid by supplier

Una estafa. Indican que envían el pedido, pero al cabo de unos días la empresa de transporte indica una incidencia y "de vuelve" el paquete a la fabrica. Después de 2 meses, seguimos sin tener respuesta, siempre responden a los correos con un texto genérico.

I’m always very careful when shopping online, but unfortunately, I got completely misled by this website. The .com.au domain made me believe it was an Australian company — I even confused it with the well-known brand Fuzzyard at first.d After placing my order, I realized my mistake. The order never arrived, and instead of proper customer service, I’ve been receiving daily emails with “tokens” I never asked for. When I reached out to cancel and request a refund, I was only offered useless compensations — never a solution. It’s now clear to me that this is not a legitimate business. I’m sharing this in case anyone else made the same mistake. Has anyone had success cancelling their payment through their credit card? That seems to be the only way to recover the money, since they make it nearly impossible to get a refund directly. Avoid this site at all costs. ORDER #FF600296S

Wish I'd read the reviews before being taken in by the flashy advertising. I thought I was buying from a reputable UK company as they call themselves Funny Fuzzy UK on some of their adverts. I ordered a personalised dog bed over a month ago. They have registered a tracking label with Royal Mail but it's not traceable through the system so I assume it hasn't actually been sent out. After many emails and getting nowhere I have now asked for an immediate refund and will be phoning my bank as well. Why is everyone a rip off merchant these days? Totally sick of it.

Ho effettuato e pagato un ordine in data 11 maggio 2025, non ho più saputo nulla in merito, ho chiesto notizie in data 22 maggio 2025 e mi è stato genericamente risposto che l'ordine sta subendo un ritardo e che se attenderò mi rimborseranno il 10% all'atto della consegna. Ho chiesto nuovamente notizie in merito alle tempistiche del ritardo e sto attendendo risposta. Vedendo tutte le altre recensioni negative spero di non essere stata truffata e, comunque, se entro breve non riceverò il tracking e la merce, sporgerò denuncia alla polizia postale per truffa.
