Don't even try and return something. 5 days so far emailing back n forth still no return label. First they offered 20% to keep it. I said O just want to return it. Then 40% I said no, now they needa supervisor. I just don't want the product and I cannot get a return approval. ****THEIR reply below is a total lie. If they didn't have my order number how would they offer a discount??? My order number is on the subject line that they have sent 5 correspondences with me. Still unresolved. Just know you should plan on keeping what ever you buy dire t from China. Slim Shady
