Although it took about 3 weeks to arrive, it was worth the wait. They kept up-to-date with emails about the shipping, which doesn’t happen often with other companies. Anyhow, I bought this for me for the sofa I lay on watching tv. It fits perfectly, and it is so cozy and soft and I love it!

well let's start with how long it takes to get item you purchase. it took a month!! that's crazy not even shein takes this long. BTW after taking a month long you don't even get the whole purchase it comes different parts of shipment. My purchase came ripped cheap material for what you are paying for. Reach out to customer service and nothing was done about it. the return is so complicated will never buy from this company again. this was the second time ordering and I should of learn my lesson on the first time and yet I gave them benefit of doubt just so it can happen again actually in my experience does not deserve any star

I love the product, it looks great on my lounge. I would have rated 5 stars but it took so long to be delivered I was starting to think it was a scam.

My senior dog sat on this mat the moment I finished putting in the stuffing (3 pieces just have to be zipped in place - very easy). I wasn't sure if he'd be ok with the waterproof material but he was fine. Very happy with my purchase.

The package came torn inside and out and the covers were started to be pulled out slightly. I have requested either replacing at the company's cost or simply crediting the product. I assume I will hear expeditiously since we have always had good service with FunnyFuzzy
