Never order from this seller. I never received my item. When I contacted them to ask about the estimated delivery date — no one replied. I reached out twice and was completely ignored. I had to file a chargeback through my bank, and now they’re delaying the refund and refusing to return my money. Don’t waste your money. This is not a trustworthy business.

Despite the poor reviews the car seat turned up within 10 days, the product was as advertised and most importantly the dogs likes her new seat!

DO NOT PURCHASE — WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR $300++ ORDER!!! It has been nearly a month we are waiting for our order to be delivered, an order placed on the 10th May 2025. Order status on the app is still « processing » since day one, ZERO UPDATES, NO TRACKING NUMBER just a confirmation of your order — but of course they charge your money from day 1!!! Furthermore, we have been trying to contact them by the only way to reach them out which is via email, but no one seems bothered to reply: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plus, the support email given from the purchase confirmation email @au.funnyfuzzy.com isn’t working as it bounces back with an admin error. Then you need to figure out yourself which email finally works but here again, no reply!! We can’t put a zero star here unfortunately but this company should not even be operating and take people’s money like this. Today, we have still not received our order. We wish we have read these reviews to avoid losing over $300!!
