It’s been weeks of emailing with ridiculous responses. Robbing people of their hard earned money. This site needs to be shut down.

J’ai commandé un oreiller et un panier pour chien il y a de cela un mois, j’ai bien reçu l’oreiller mais concernant le panier pour chien nous n’avons aucune nouvelle, juste que la commande est confirmée.
De plus j’ai envoyé un mail il y a de cela une semaine et je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse ? Délai trop long ….

I’d always wanted to order from FunnyFuzzy, and after spotting two items I really liked for my dog, I finally saved up and placed an order. Unfortunately, one item arrived damaged, and the other was completely different from how it was described on their website.
I contacted customer service immediately, but they’ve done everything possible to avoid issuing a proper refund. They offered me 30%, then 40% back—on the condition I keep the items. But one is unusable due to the damage, and the other is such poor quality that I wouldn’t use it even if it were free!
I’m now on my 23rd email, still requesting a refund, and they continue to ignore or deflect my concerns. I’ve had to reach out to Citizens Advice and am now involving Trading Standards.
In my 34 years, I’ve only written two negative reviews—this being one of them—because I feel it’s important to warn others. If you do decide to order despite the risks, I strongly recommend using a payment method with buyer protection.
Honestly, this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
Ignore FunnyFuzzy's fake response of help, they've ignored my request for full refund again (17th time now) and processed a 40% refund, which I've not agreed to.

Wie angekündigt nun mein Bericht über die Rückabwicklung des angeblich kratzfestem,Wirbelsäulen-schonendem Hundekissen...Es war seinerzeit mit 100,00eu ausgepreist und auf 79.90 gesenkt.Das kann nur Qualität sein...dachte ich!Erhalten habe ich nach längerer Wartezeit ein so minderwärtiges,dünnes Kissen mit billigstem Füllmaterial.Selbst da wurde an der Menge gespart.Schief genäht ,sämtliche Fäden hängen raus.Eine Frechheit!!!....nur Nerven und Zeit gelassen.Obwohl ich mir Rabattangebote verbeten habe wurden erst 10%,dann 30,40 und letztendlich 80% angeboten bekommen.Habs jetzt angenommen obwohl ich es entsorgen werde.
