Quite probably the WORST online company…
Quite probably the WORST online company I have had the misfortune to use!!! Ordered item 8 weeks ago. No delivery Emails to the company are either ignored or responded to with vague unhelpful responses that provide little or no help. After 8weeks a refund was issued with no explanation as to why I did not get the item. Small mercy I suppose as I thought I had lost the money. Would definitely not recommend this company and in fact would advise to avoid this company. Companies like this give online and Chinese company a bad name. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!

Ignoring my messages!
I ordered a bed based on a friends experience however the bed I ordered was not good quality especially for the price! I contacted them on instagram and they were very apologetic and offered me a 50% refund if I was happy to keep the item, when you pay £75 for a bed you hope it’s decent quality so I asked if I could exchange my product for the bed our friend had- funnily enough the product is cheaper and better quality. Since requesting an exchange they have ignored every message I have sent for over a week (I can see they are being read on Instagram) and based on the speedy replies prior to my request I’d say this is intentional. I also tried to email to resolve the matter, and even said I’d take the 50% instead as it was better than nothing! STILL NO REPLY!! The level of customer service is ridiculous. I’d imagine they can’t accept a return or exchange as our postage stamp was all in Chinese and would probably cost them a fortune to sort!!! If I’d have known this I wouldn’t have wasted my time ordering

Very frustrating experience
This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an on line order and I purchase most of my items on line. They took ages to ship and didn’t provide a tracking number so I told them to cancel the order and refund my money (since it hadn’t shipped and they showed no shipping info this shouldn’t be difficult). They refused and kept sending me emails that it would be shipped “soon”. I asked for a refund several times and today I received an email saying it was on its way with a tracking number that takes me to another page that says “no tracking information”. I am now leaving the country for vacation and cannot receive the item and I have no idea when it is coming. I do not trust this company and only wish I read the reviews before making this purchase! Be warned!

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Item Never Arrived and Customer Service is Useless I placed an order for a dog bed and not only did the item never arrive, but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I’ve contacted them multiple times via email and either received no response or was given vague, unhelpful replies. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money and be left completely in the dark with no update, refund, or resolution. A simple acknowledgment or real assistance would’ve gone a long way, but it’s clear this company doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I will not be ordering from them again and recommend others think twice before trusting this site with their money.

Do not buy …
Do not buy from this company they were shut down last Nov as per Government website for selling sudstandard goods from China If you love your dogs like i do i wouldnt let them near any of these products I had to keep clearly stating i wanted to cancel after waiting 2 weeks for no order update, they finally refunded me

It's been 5 weeks and my order still…
It's been 5 weeks and my order still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to emails either. I think they are scammers.
