Just like everyone else says - don't ship anything, don't respond. Stay far away from this company.
Ordered product over a week ago. Address on site says they are located in Albany, NY. Order page says it will ship in 1-3 business days. No response from company regarding shipment so I go back to the site to look for tracking number a few days ago. No update regarding shipping. So I reach out via email. No response via email (and yes I checked spam folders). Now I'm nervous so I check TrustPilot and low and behold the company is located in CHINA and are well documented for this behavior. Apparently the only way to get a response from FunnyFuzzy is to write them up on TrustPilot so here I am. Seems like it would make more sense to just DELIVER THE PRODUCT PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO BUY FROM YOU rather than constantly pissing people off online/scamming but I guess there is a certain percentage of people who will just give up. I am not one of those people. Wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company. There are plenty of legitimate companies out there.

I have not heard back from anyone about exchanging a dog bed I got fro you. It is too small for my Corgi.

No valid contact information
After not receiving any updates on the status of my order for over a week, I tried to reach out to their customer service only to have my message kicked back by google because the email address either “couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.” There are no other contact options on their website. If this was ever a legitimate company, it’s doesn’t appear to be anymore.

No information regarding order shipment
Order FFPET255113 My package hasn't moved for a week, i.e. apart from the order confirmation I haven't received any information regarding the shipment, if I check it on the FunnyFuzzy website, the package status is still as, the order has been placed, also no response to the e-mail, reading the above review I understand that the message may end up in another folder, such as spam, but if you are aware that this is happening, you should check these folders, the order is not the cheapest.

If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. These are Chinese and utter rubbish. I bought 2 dog beds, one orthopaedic, with a waterproof cover, and a dog sofa, this being £75. I ordered on June 11, and have eventually recd the Waterproof bed. Firstly, it’s NOT waterproof, so when my pup pee’d the whole thing got soaked and stunk. It is not orthopaedic and it’s not waterproof. Secondly, I still have NOT recd the dog sofa. Customer service is rubbish, takes them ages to reply, then they have 3 times ignored my request to cancel and refund me. They have ripped me off. Do NOT use this company!!!!!

And if I could give zero I would. Order placed 13/6/25 . Constant chasing to see when it will be processed and shipped. Different excuses when they bother to respond. Lies when they say it’s in transit when it is not . Now having a fight to get a refund. Avoid at all costs Updated- they have only responded due to this review and my social media comments. Dreadful company, non- existent customer service and you will be waiting for weeks for your goods to arrive usually from China
